What a gem! This place was fantastic for our Christmas getaway. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The owner, Steph, was so thoughtful and provided baby gates and a travel cot for us. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and a convenient Co-op nearby. We loved the little welcome basket and the personalized message on the chalkboard in the kitchen. a great base for exploring Northumberland with excellent WiFi and a smart TV for entertainment.
If I had to nit-pick, it would be that the cooking knives could have been sharper. However, there were plenty of other kitchen tools available, so it didn't hinder our ability to cook and prepare meals.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy holiday home! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and close to convenient shops. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Steph, the host, was incredibly helpful and even provided a lovely welcome pack with treats. The little touches like having a TV in every bedroom and board games for the children made it feel like a home away from home. There was also plenty of parking available. Despite a few minor drawbacks like noise from the street and no garden, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend Mules Villa for a wonderful seaside getaway.

Convenient location near the beach, complimentary WiFi , and private parking.
The lack of a garden meant I couldn't show off my gardening skills, much to my disappointment.

We got excellent value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Mules Villa. The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Steph, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, particularly in terms of the variety of options available.

The house was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and homey atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack upon arrival, which included milk, wine, biscuits, and luxury crisps. The owner had thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenities, such as towels, linen, washing up liquid, and tea towels. We were also pleased to find unexpected extras like an iron and hair dryer, making our stay even more convenient. The location of the house was fantastic, being very close to the seafront and within easy access to local shops and take-out food options.
A minor downside was the lack of a garden, despite the back of the house being a sun trap. Additionally, the street at the front of the house was noisy with traffic, requiring us to keep the windows closed at night for a more peaceful sleep.
